Inclusivity StatementI welcome you.
I am committed to creating an environment that supports inclusivity and respect of all people — regardless of race, color, body size, culture, religion, spiritual practice, sex, age, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression, relationship status and configuration, national origin, and physical and mental abilities.
You are loved.
From the wall of my office, where you'll see it on your way in.
What that means in practice
I work hard to provide an environment that is safe for you, because I know not everyone is able to move through life without difficulty because of these parts of themselves.
I also acknowledge my own privilege, and how it may differ from your personal experience. I strive to offer a space where you can honor all parts of yourself without fear.
You will not need to justify your identity, prove it, or educate me before we can begin the actual work.
Accessibility
If you have any accessibility requests, please don't hesitate to communicate them to me so I can do my best to support you. This includes anything about the physical space, how we communicate, session format, or pacing.
I grew up in a Deaf household. Access isn't an afterthought for me — it's how I was raised to think about a room.
